Staff Spotlight: Sindy Louisma
Sindy Louisma
As the leader of community health in nursing clinical operations at 麻豆精品, I identify clinical sites where nursing students can complete their required hours. Nursing extends beyond traditional roles in medical-surgical units; it involves educating the community about health disparities and fostering leadership that adapts to evolving policies and procedures. Additionally, I facilitated the Health Equity Influencers Program (HEIP), inspired by Dr. Kenya Beard, to address asthma initiatives and raise awareness of health disparities within our community.
